Refund Timelines

If you're due a refund, great news! We'll send it straight back to the original payment method you used at checkout. This keeps things secure, above-board, and in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

Just a heads-up: for security and compliance reasons, we can't process refunds via EFT or cash, no matter how nicely you ask.

When Will the Funds Return?

Once we process the refund through our trusty sidekick PayGate, it usually shows up within 2–5 working days. But depending on your bank and payment provider, it can take a bit longer:

🇿🇦 Local (South Africa): Up to 14 business days

🌍 International: Up to 21 business days

Once a refund has been processed, it’s final. No take-backs, unfortunately.
